The horse is the starting point for everything

Equestrium is for everyone who works with horses — each person records what matters for their work, care, and activities with the horse, and when you want, collaboration is there.

Beta means early access while we keep improving. You can use the app at no cost during this time.

We will give you clear notice before paid plans apply. When billing starts, your first month on any paid plan will always be free.

Made by people who love horses, for fellow horse lovers

Equestrium was created by people who love horses, in collaboration with owners, farriers, and stable managers who use it for real work.

Our goal is to keep care records, visits, and collaboration in one place — clear, reliable, and shaped by how people actually work with horses.

Inside the app

How it works

Equestrium is built around each horse. You can run your own records solo, or connect the people who care for that horse on the same profile.

On your own

  1. Create an account and add your horses and stables.
  2. Log farrier visits, vet visits, additional services, notes, and events.
  3. Use the calendar and reminders to spot overdue or due-soon work.
  4. Everything stays on one login — your horses and any horses you collaborate on appear in the same app.

With collaborators (per horse)

  1. The person who invites collaborators and builds the team becomes the team manager for that horse.
  2. On the Collaborators page, you pick the horse you want to collaborate on, choose the invitee's role, and create a QR code and link.
  3. You can invite someone who has never used the app, as well as people who already have an Equestrium account.
  4. By scanning the QR code or opening the link, the invitee gets access only to the horse they were invited for and with the role they were invited for.
  5. Each collaborator updates their lane: farriers log shoeing, vets log vaccinations, owners update horse details, managers maintain stable info.
  6. The team manager can transfer manager access, remove collaborators, or leave — with the option to keep a personal copy of the horse record.

For every role

The same horse profile can include an owner, farrier, vet, and stable manager. Each person sees and edits what their role allows — without sharing one password.

Four roles appear as cards and show what is possible. The highlighted team changes roughly every two seconds. You can tap a dimmed card to add a role. With reduced motion, automatic rotation is disabled.

What you can do today

Access the app in your role — owner, farrier, vet, or stable manager. Each horse has its own profile, you choose who gets access, and everyone sees the data for their part.

  • Horses & history

Each horse gets a profile with the full history — who visited, when, and why. Nothing gets lost; everything stays.

  • Collaborators & invites

Invite people around a specific horse via QR code or link. Assign a role on that horse — no shared login, and the manager controls who joins.

  • Stables & contacts

Stables with owner name, email, phone, and address. Open a stable to see its horses in context — ideal for managers and traveling professionals.

  • Farrier visit records

Service types (shoeing, trim, correction, emergency), hoof and trim notes, shoes applied, cost, payment status, and next-service reminders — per horse.

  • Vet visit records

Vaccinations, deworming, dental work, check-ups, and emergencies — with notes, cost, payment status, and reminders per horse and service type.

  • Calendar

Month view of visits and upcoming events so you can plan routes and spot busy weeks before you are on the road.

  • Additional services

Track board, transport, supplements, and other billable care beyond core visits — with payment status on each entry.

  • Activities

Links, events, tack checklists, and expenses per horse when show seasons get busy.

  • Reminders & alerts

In-app notifications for upcoming and overdue service windows — individual per horse and service type.

  • Secure accounts

Email sign-in and password reset. Row-level security so collaborators only see what their role allows on each horse.

FAQ

Do I need a team to use Equestrium?

No. You can use Equestrium entirely on your own — add horses, log visits, and track reminders without inviting anyone. Collaborators are optional, and they are set up per horse when you need to share a record.

How do I invite my farrier, vet, or stable manager?

Open Collaborators for a horse, choose the role you are inviting them for, and generate a QR code or link. They scan or open it, create an account (or sign in), and accept the invite. They then see that horse with the access their role allows.

Who can see my horse’s data?

Only people who are collaborators on that horse, scoped by their role. A farrier sees farrier visits for that horse; the manager can invite or remove people. There is no public horse directory — access is always explicit.

Can one person be both owner and farrier?

Yes. Your account can hold your own horses and horses you collaborate on. You can also hold multiple roles on the same horse if your profile includes those roles.

What happens if I leave a collaboration?

You can leave and keep a personal copy of the horse with the visits and data from your roles, or leave collaboration and delete records while your past entries stay on the shared horse for remaining collaborators. If you are the manager, you must transfer manager access to someone else before you can leave.

Is the vet section medical advice?

No. Vet visit records in Equestrium are for coordination and history — scheduling, costs, and reminders. They are not medical advice, telemedicine, or a substitute for your veterinarian.

Is it free during beta?

Yes. You can use the full product without paying while beta lasts. We will give clear notice before paid plans or limits apply.

What happens when you start charging?

We will announce pricing and timing before billing goes live. When paid plans launch, the first month of any new subscription will always be free — so you can try paid features before you commit.

Do you have a mobile app?

Today you get a fast web app that works on your phone. A native mobile release is in progress — store availability will be announced when the build is ready.

Where is my data stored?

Production data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security). You can read the in-app Privacy policy from the app footer for details on retention and your rights.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Account deletion is available in Settings inside the app. You can request deletion and choose how managed horses are handled before your data is removed according to the privacy policy.

Which languages are supported?

The app and this site are available in English and Serbian (Latin script). Language preference is saved in your account settings.

What is coming next?

We are actively building. Planned areas include training and lesson scheduling for riders and stables, expanded vet features, foaling and early foal care records, a persistent horse ID across ownership changes, and tools for transferring horse records when a horse is sold or rehomed. Priorities may shift based on beta feedback — use the contact form below to tell us what you need most.
